I will be out of town for a few days so we are reducing our store days and hours for this week. We will open once they’re through Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. We will back for the full schedule the week after.

Trying out Panettone for next holiday season! We're busy with the Farmers Market in the summer, so this is our chance to experiment. Goal is to use local flour, but the US milling process differs from Italy's, not to mention that the grain and their different types of gluten ratios with US grains is different. Anyone had success finding a suitable flour substitute?

We're thrilled that 's coffee in our store! John will be regularly restocking his amazing selection. If you're yet to try it, get ready to be amazed by the unique taste they bring and their freshness. We have been brewing hi Sadima Adri Ethiopian bean since we opened our store. Though we don’t sell that many coffee cups, it’s been a great pleasure for us to enjoy. Lol.
