When I’m at one of Vincenzo Lê and Duong Huynh’s restaurants - Cicada Coffee Bar, the Eaves - I feel this is the city, the world, as I want it to be. Their spaces are generous and genuine, with impeccable aesthetics and wonderful food and drink. Their new one, Saigon Babylon, is all that plus a rooftop bar.
