Did you know Maple Syrup is heated to 180-200 degrees before we bottle it? Yup, that makes it safely sealed in the bottle and okay to store on the shelf or in your pantry until opened. After a bottle is opened it needs to go in the refrigerator.
We store syrup in stainless steel drums until we need it bottled. I bottled a batch of medium amber syrup yesterday evening. This morning I am busy labeling them and storing them away.

Raw milk schedule for June.
$7.50/gallon, $5/half-gallon our Jugs
$5/gallon, $2.50/half-gallon your Jugs
Milk available all day except on Truck day, when milk availability limited to 8-11am and 6-7:30pm.
