Mass Schedule for the Spring Semester!

December Meal of Service for the Emergency Shelters of City Mission Living Stones Inc. in Fayette County. ❤️ We had a great experience cooking and serving this meal and spending time with the clients at the shelter.

Pancakesgiving was a huge success! This event gives us time to be grateful for what God has given us while also spending time together and providing an outreach opportunity to our fellow students! Thank you to all who made this event a success!

Born in Lima, Peru in 1579, St. Martin de Porres, was the son of a Spanish gentleman and a freed slave. In his youth, he experienced poverty and discrimination, but clung to his deep love for God. He worked as a barber-surgeon, cutting hair and administering medical treatments.

He joined the Dominican order as a lay brother, caring for people from all walks of life. He founded an orphanage and was known for his humility, charity, and compassion.

During November, the Catholic Church celebrates National Black Catholic History month. Saint Martin de Porres is a wonderful example for us to emulate this month and always

This Saturday, Pope Leo XIV will declare Saint John Henry Newman the 38th Doctor of the Church. Doctors of the Church are saints who are honored for their profound contributions to Catholic theology and spirituality. Saint John Henry Newman was a 19th-century English theologian who emphasized that faith is a daily "heart-to-heart" conversation with Christ.

Pray to Saint John Henry Newman, asking him to help you open your heart to Christ.
