The show string is headed to the spa!! What a trailer load!!!!! 🤩

For the past few weeks, every time the heifers are in view of the porch, they are all balled up in a bunch like this. I watch the three bulls circle them and push them together, herding them in a tight circle. So they have been grazing in a bunch, all watering in a bunch, and chewing cud in a bunch. It hit me today why this is happening. Our neighbor just turned his bulls out next door and our bulls don’t want their heifers around the neighbor’s bulls. So amazing how their instincts kicked in.

DeGraan Farms attended the Miami International show this weekend. It was a Junior and Open Show! All the cattle did great, including Grand Champion Red Female and division and reserve division wins. Carson also won showmanship!

We call her Fancy!!! Her name fits her more and more everyday! Harlan Degraan has a good one and we are excited to see what she does this spring and summer.
