If you have been using our vaporizer for several seasons, eventually the glow plug in the vaporizer may need to be replaced. Like any component, they eventually wear out. We get this question from time to time, How do I replace my glow plug in my vaporizer? Here are some easy instructions on how replace the glow plug, just in case you are handy!

INSTRUCTION TO REPLACE GLOW PLUG:
1) You will need to purchase a AC DELTA 60G OR 11G Glow Plug. Find at almost any auto parts store for less than $10.0
2) Need an Allen wrench (1/16 ?) carry vaporizer to auto parts/hardware store to get correct size Allen.
3) Loosen set screw holding the pan on the vaporizer, remove pan.
4) Using a razor knife to split the top layer of the heat shrink, (black-- approx 1/2 in long) and remove.
5) Unplug the slide clip from the glow plug by pulling back .
Observe have far the glow plug is screw in and direction of flat plate on plug.
6) Unscrew The old Glow Plug using a 10 mm wrench.
7) Install new glow plug using a 10 mm wrench.
8) Slide the connector onto the Glow Plug. (no heat shrink needed, optional if you have the heat shrink)
9) Re- install the pan removed earlier. ( step 3).
10) Put water in pan to test. Should boil quickly when connected a 12v battery.
