A productive afternoon doesn't have to be complicated. Small, intentional habits can help you recharge, refocus, and support your overall well-being.
✨ 1. Disconnect for 10 Minutes
Step away from screens, emails, and notifications. A short mental reset can help reduce stress and improve focus for the rest of your day.
🚶 2. Move Your Body
Take a quick walk, stretch, or do a few minutes of light movement. Regular movement supports circulation, posture, energy levels, and overall health.
🥗 3. Fuel Your Body
Choose a nourishing snack or hydrate with water. Giving your body the nutrients it needs can help maintain steady energy and prevent that afternoon slump.
Consistency with simple wellness habits can make a meaningful difference in how you feel each day.

Project Warrior Wellness Memorial Day Spotlight 🇺🇸
Today, we proudly honor the memory of Thomas Smith, United States Navy SeaBee, whose service, dedication, and patriotism left a lasting impact on both his family and our country.
Thomas Smith proudly served in the United States Navy as a SeaBee and was the father of our very own Dr. Shelley. His example of courage and commitment inspired her path of service into the United States Air Force.
Though Thomas passed away in 2016, his legacy continues to live on through the lives he touched and the service-minded values he instilled in his family.
Project Warrior Wellness is dedicated to supporting military members, veterans, and first responders by providing wellness tools, resources, and care through our nonprofit mission within our chiropractic office.
We thank Thomas Smith for his service, sacrifice, and the legacy he leaves behind. Drop a photo of your favorite veteran in the comments! ❤️🤍💙

🧠 Mental Wellness & Recovery Reminder 🧠
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
Stress, pressure, past experiences, and daily demands can build up in the body and the mind. For many veterans, military members, and first responders, that weight often gets pushed aside while life keeps moving.
But recovery matters. Rest matters. Your nervous system matters.
At Project Warrior Wellness, we’re here to support not just physical health, but mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being through tools like BrainTap, BioCharger, and chiropractic care.
Take a moment today to breathe, reset, and give yourself permission to recover. We are here whenever you're ready. 706-602-2554. ❤️🤍💙

Project Warrior Wellness Spotlight - The Founder!
The story behind Project Warrior Wellness begins with our very own doctor and founder.
She entered the United States Air Force inspired by her father’s service as a veteran. She was driven by a desire for discipline, structure, and a path toward building her future through the GI Bill.
During her service, she worked in Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI), inspecting aircraft to help ensure safety, reliability, and mission readiness.
Years later, she faced a service-related low back injury involving five damaged discs. Like many veterans, she pushed through and kept going in “mission mode” while quietly carrying the weight of that injury.
Everything began to shift when she discovered BrainTap at a convention. That experience, combined with the wellness tools now offered through Project Warrior Wellness, opened a new perspective on healing, especially the importance of supporting the nervous system for clarity, resilience, and recovery.
What started as a personal turning point became the foundation for a mission.
Today, that lived experience fuels her passion for helping veterans and first responders find tools, support, and care that can truly change the way they heal and live. ❤️🤍💙

Project Warrior Wellness Spotlight
Today we are honored to highlight one of our patients who served 9 years in the United States Air Force National Guard, achieving the rank of Tech Sergeant (E6) and earning the Air Force Achievement Medal 🏅
During her service in the 182nd Air Mobility Command within Civil Engineering Logistics, she carried forward a strong commitment to integrity, compassion, and service to others values that continue to guide her life today.
She shares that her time in the military shaped how she shows up for her family, her community, and her work, with a deep respect for service and sacrifice.
She also shared her experience with BrainTap, noting that it has helped her feel more grounded, supported mindfulness, and provided clarity during a major career transition. She described it as a way to quiet the mind and “get out of your own head.”
We are grateful to walk alongside patients like her as part of Project Warrior Wellness. ❤️🤍💙
