🎨 Congratulations to CHS senior Erick Jaramillo on his success in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards! Erick earned an Honorable Mention for his drawing “You Are What You Eat” and a Silver Key for his mixed media piece “Inner Insecurity.”

CHS Seniors Shine at Fine Arts Night! 🎭🎨🎶

This week, our talented seniors showcased their capstone projects as part of the Fine Arts Diploma Seal program — a mark of distinction celebrating artistic excellence, academic achievement, and creative growth.

From visual art to music and performance, each project tells a story of creativity, commitment, and passion. We’re proud to honor their accomplishments and the lasting impact of the arts in education!

Join Us for a Night of Creativity at Calhoun High School’s Arts & Crafts Night!

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of artistic fun! The National Art Honor Society invites students in 1st through 6th grade to Arts & Crafts Night at Calhoun High School on April 18th from 6 PM to 9 PM. Scan the QR code to register!

This hands-on event is a fantastic opportunity for young students to explore their creativity alongside high school artists, experiment with a variety of art activities, and get a firsthand look at the incredible high school art facilities and programs. Whether you’re painting, sculpting, or crafting something unique, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
And what’s better than art? Art and pizza. Dinner will be provided, so come hungry for creativity and a slice of fun.
