Can you believe we're already six months into 2026? Take a moment and think about all the things God has brought you through, all the doors He's opened, all the lessons you've learned, and all the victories you've accomplished so far this year.

Celebrate those wins. They matter.

But don't forget about the goals you wrote down in January. Don't forget about the dreams that are still sitting in your heart waiting on you to take action.

This morning I was listening to a message about **applying the pressure**, and it really spoke to me.

See, other people can apply pressure to you, but there's nothing quite like the pressure you apply to yourself. The pressure that comes from deciding you want more for your life, your family, your business, your relationship with God, and your future.

As a baker, I know that before a cake can rise, the oven has to be preheated to just the right temperature. The heat is necessary. Without it, the cake never becomes what it was created to be.

The same is true for us.

Sometimes God allows us to experience a little heat, a little pressure, and a little stretching because He's preparing us for growth.

So today, as you go about your day, ask yourself:

✨ Where do I need to apply more pressure?
✨ Where have I become comfortable?
✨ What goals have I slowed down on?
✨ What areas of my life need intentional growth?

Whether it's your walk with God, your business, your family, your finances, your health, or simply becoming a better version of yourself—keep showing up.

Keep praying.
Keep believing.
Keep working.
Keep applying the pressure.
