Mini Giant Farms Microgreens

I guess “There’s one in every crowd” can apply to plants too.

Really enjoyed growing the arugula this past week. A perfect specimen of a tiny arugula microgreen.

I keep forgetting to take pictures of the beautiful microgreens I grow. This week's rotational crop was Red Rock Mammoth Cabbage and it was so, so pretty! My four regulars are Sunflower, Pea, Broccoli, and Radish that goes in a mix of the above three. My crops that are grown in turn are Arugula, Red Cabbage, Curly Cress (wow the flavor!), Kale, Brassica Trio of the cabbage, broccoli, and kale, and once in a while beet (so very pretty). Each variety has its own unique and special quality, just like God made us to have. Next week's turn is Arugula--wow what a powerful flavor in that little baby plant!! I had a group of homeschoolers in just over a week ago for a “tour” of the Minigiant room. It was a fun experience, and they were so attentive and well behaved. They planted some of their own, and I received word that they grew well and the kids were excited.
