Employee Spotlight: Lt. Jessica Jinright

We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Lieutenant Jessica Jinright, a dedicated paramedic who has been serving AdventHealth Gordon EMS for nearly nine years. Recently promoted to Lieutenant, Jessica continues to exemplify leadership, compassion, and commitment in everything she does.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Jessica shared:
"I love being able to help and take care of the people in the town I grew up in."

Her deep connection to our community and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable part of our team. We are beyond grateful that Jessica calls AdventHealth Gordon EMS home, and it is truly an honor to have her leading alongside us.

On Wednesday Adam Puehler, Johnathan Castillo, and Abbie Clair Mullins went to Sonoraville High School to speak to the health sciences class and set up some skills stations and then they were joined by some familiar faces from LIFE FORCE 3 Calhoun GA which gave these students a pretty impressive look into what a career in EMS and emergency medicine is truly like.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Logan Sutton 🌟

Meet Logan Sutton — a dedicated public safety professional with over 11 years of service! Logan joined the AdventHealth Gordon EMS team in 2022 as an Advanced EMT, and he’s been making a lasting impact ever since.

Whether he’s responding to emergencies or cracking a quick-witted joke that keeps the crew smiling, Logan brings heart and humor to everything he does. He splits his time between working full-time with a local fire department and part-time with us, showing his unwavering commitment to the community he calls home.

When asked why he enjoys working at AdventHealth Gordon, Logan said:
“I like working at Advent because it allows me to work and give back to the community I grew up in and allows me to be all I can be with my certifications.”

A few days ago, our very own EMS Director Mark Bramblet spent time with a local Girl Scout troop, bringing along one of our ambulances to give them a hands-on look at the incredible services EMS provides!

From exploring life-saving equipment to learning basic first aid skills, these future leaders got a glimpse into the vital role EMS plays in keeping our community safe and healthy. Mark shared why emergency medical services matter and how even young citizens can be empowered with knowledge that saves lives.

At AdventHealth Gordon EMS, we believe that education and outreach are key to building a stronger, healthier community. Partnerships like this help us continue to extend the healing ministry of Christ—by connecting, teaching, and inspiring others to care for one another.

We had an incredible time at Home Depot Calhoun’s annual Public Safety Day Workshop!

This event is all about empowering the children in our community—teaching them how to reach emergency services and understand the vital roles we play in keeping them safe.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with Home Depot Calhoun. By connecting with more citizens, we’re able to live out our mission: to extend the healing ministry of Christ through education, compassion, and service.

We were proud to roll through downtown Calhoun as part of the annual Fair Parade — a beloved tradition that signals the arrival of fair season in our community! 🎡✨

The parade was packed with energy, featuring high school bands, colorful floats, dancers, and all the festive fun that makes this time of year so special. It also served as a heartfelt tribute to our local heroes — with strong representation from fire, EMS, law enforcement, military, and veterans. 🇺🇸👮‍♂️👨‍🚒

We’re honored to serve alongside such dedicated public safety professionals and grateful to be part of a community that celebrates and supports its first responders. 💙
