Calera Baptist Church

After 16 hours the team is back on the ground in Alabama safe and sound. We are all looking forward to sharing all the stories of the lives changed including our own. Thanks for praying, thanks for supporting, thanks for being The Church.

The team has all packed up and starting our journey back to Quito so we can fly back tomorrow morning. God added another 25 souls to the kingdom yesterday and more discipleship was done. We were able to follow up and show new believers how to read, pray and meditate on God’s word. Everyone is exhausted for all the right reasons. Thank you for your support

Over 50 people gave their life to Jesus today between the 5 teams visiting people. All had been on someone’s oikos map. All had been prayed for and all had been asked if we could visit. Seeds planted, watered, prayed over and the harvest was ready. All have a local church to grow and plug in to.

What a wonderful day of worship and ministry. 10 People surrendered their life to Christ during church. Then another opportunity at lunch, 10 more people surrendered to Jesus. We shared donations with Pastor Juanito to share with his church family. We appreciate all the prayers and support. Keep them coming. Tomorrow we go in to home visits to share water filters and the gospel.

Last night was a powerful prayer and worship service. This morning has already been filled with people surrendering to Jesus and now we are enjoying ministering to the children at Pastor Juanito’s church. This afternoon we return to minister with the students.

We made it to Guaranda and met up with our translators for the week. Now off to church for a prayer service and worship.

The team is safe in Quito Ecuador for the night. Tomorrow we travel to Guaranda. We appreciate all the prayers. Keep them coming that the Lord will use us to minister to the people here and share the good news of Jesus.
