Happy Juneteenth 2026!
Some of our volunteers had the privilege to attend the Juneteenth Community Celebration in Montevallo earlier today. Here is a snippet of the celebration. Give a round of applause for the YOUTH, teachers, singers, organizers, presenters, and sponsors. They did a wonderful job honoring the occasion and highlighting the importance of COMMUNITY.
Please go check out the youth of DRUM The Program at DRUM The Program Dance Barn on Saturday, June 20th. More information go to DRUM the Program.

Agency highlight: Harmony Church of Helena. The inception of Harmony's Hot Meals is a beautiful one. A passerby of church came to a yard sale and linked up with two sisters that happen to be lunch ladies. Those ladies saw a need from within the school(s) and they began feeding the children outside of school. Then they decided to feed the community. The pastor and the congregation agreed to help and now we have Harmony's Hot Meals. Talk about being at the right place at the right time. Thank you all for filling in the gap!
