IAFF Local 1056 is the labor organization for Caldwell Firefighters. Serving the City of Caldwell.

Over the past few months, students from Caldwell Fire, MidStar Fire and Parma fire participated in a Officer Development Program. Students learned Fire Officer 1 curriculum including tactics/strategies as well as other items such as Fire Instructor 1, Incident Safety officer, etc. At the end of the class, the students performed realistic scenarios at indoor training scenarios village to combine everything they learned together.
