We all like a bargain, and places like Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace can be a great place to get one, but safety needs to be a priority when buying or selling. After all, these are strangers and money is involved. We encourage you to use our e-commerce exchange zone at CPD (110 S. 5th Ave.) when buying or selling. The area is well lit and equipped with video surveillance cameras. Exchanging in a safe location can prevent crimes of opportunity.

Did you know there are zero requirements for home inspectors in Idaho?
We were shocked to learn this too! In other states you're required to have a license, and keep that license up to date by doing continuing education similar to realtors. Tell us what you think of this in the comments!
