Helping with itchy pin feathers. This little bu**er is a hybrid. His dad Fester is a Bare Eyed Cockatoo and mom Roxy is a Ducorps. Bare Eyes are great talkers and Ducorps are the beauties. If you’ve looking for a sweet cuddle bug message me for more info.
