Yesterday, our FPMG Maintenance Teams traded in their tool belts for a day of fun at Golfland Sunsplash! 🎉🔧⛳ From mini golf and laser tag to bumper cars, and racing, the day was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and well-deserved team bonding. We also enjoyed a delicious all-you-can-eat lunch buffet while taking a break from the day-to-day grind and celebrating the incredible work our maintenance teams do every day.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the event such a great time. We appreciate all of your hard work, dedication, and the positive energy you bring to our communities!

Looking for a stable, rewarding career in property management? We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a 125+ unit community in the greater Sacramento area!

💼 What You Get:
• 💰 $25–$29/hour (based on experience)
• 🏡 FREE on-site 2x1 apartment — no rent, no commute, save on gas!

🔧 What You’ll Bring:
• Strong all-around maintenance experience in property management
• Ability to live on-site
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and scheduling for capital improvements
• Excellent organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset — ready to handle emergencies and after-hours calls
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• 2–3+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor, including managing at least 2 employees
