The Survivor Tree

A Callery pear tree was discovered in the rubble of Ground Zero during the recovery operation after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The severely damaged tree was nursed back to health and became known as the Survivor tree. It now stands at at the 9/11 Memorial as a living reminder of our shared strength and resilience in the face of tragedy.
The 9/11 Memorial and Museum are possible only through you support.
It is a privilege to collaborate with the National September 11 Memorial and Museum creating keepsakes that honor the people and events September 11th.

Angels are everywhere, in fact, the angel who wrote this, kelly@Urban-Details, is mailing Angel Blessing Rings to police departments across the United States to let them know people care.

Each day I think of the Grandparents who have passed. This sacred group of elders now gone, it breaks my heart that their stories can no longer be told. I wish ease on the families mourning the loss of their beloved Grandparents.
