Live Better My mission is to provide people with an opportunity to be the best version of themselves. Why do we sometimes fail to reach our potential? I can help.

We are all unique, and when we allow that uniqueness to shine, we become lovable, productive, successful and happy people. Not because we do not want to be happy and successful. Rather, it is because of obstacles that block our ability to live the life we want. It is because we have developed poor coping strategies, anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. As a teenager I struggled with all four of th

If it feels urgent, it’s probably not the right moment!

You don’t have to rush to respond to be heard...

You don’t have to match urgency with urgency 😅

Imagine choosing to pause… even when everything in you wants to react.

Imagine giving yourself space… before saying something you don’t mean!

Because better conversations don’t come from speed...

They come from steadiness 🙌🏼

Slowing down is where real communication begins 🤍

What if your mind isn't working against you... but trying to protect you? 👀

One of the most freeing things to understand is that our brains were built for survival, not happiness.

Being anxious, hypervigilant, and constantly scanning for danger helped our ancestors stay alive!

Today, that same survival system can get activated by old emotional wounds ❤️‍🩹

A comment, a conflict, a rejection, or a stressful situation can trigger a familiar story, and suddenly your mind is replaying the same thoughts over and over again.

Not because they're true...

Because your brain thinks staying alert will keep you safe.

The goal isn't to stop having these thoughts.

It's learning to recognize them without automatically believing them 🙌🏼

Disagreement doesn’t have to mean disconnection 👀

It’s possible to feel close… even in disagreement.

To disagree… without shutting down.

To feel heard… without being right!

Because connection isn’t built on perfect alignment 🙌🏼

It’s built on how you show up when things aren’t easy!

What if some of the struggles you carry were inherited emotionally, not genetically?

We often talk about the things that get passed down through families: genetics, habits, beliefs, traditions.

But emotional patterns get passed down too 😅

Many of us were raised by people who genuinely loved us, but who were never taught how to process emotions, offer emotional safety, or communicate their needs.

And over time, that can leave people feeling unseen, unheard, disconnected, or like they have to earn their worth.

The important thing is that understanding these patterns isn't about blaming the generations before us.

It's about recognizing what was handed to us so we can decide what we want to keep and what we want to change!

This clip comes from the Toxic Parent Recovery Summit, Season Three, where we explored how family dynamics shape our emotional lives and what healing can look like moving forward 🙌🏼

Awareness is often the first step toward breaking patterns that were never really yours to begin with 🤍

Strong friendships are built on small moments 🥹

It’s easy to focus on what’s missing
→ What they didn’t say
→ What they didn’t do
→ Why they didn’t text you back

But where your attention goes, connection grows 🤍

It can be as simple as “I’m glad you’re in my life.”

Not because everything is perfect!

But because the friendship matters 🥰

And it’s those small things, said consistently…

Those are what keeps it strong 🙌🏻

You can’t rush your growth and healing!

Even when it feels slow, you are still moving forward 🙌🏼

Even when it feels messy, something is shifting,

Growth doesn’t always feel exciting or obvious!

Sometimes it looks like showing up when you don’t feel ready.

Sometimes it looks like choosing differently in small moments.

And that still counts more than you think!

Keep going, even when it feels quiet 😉

You’re becoming someone stronger, one choice at a time 🤍

Most money problems aren’t just about money!

They’re about how you learned to feel safe, in control, or enough growing up 😅

The way you earn, spend, and save is usually tied to something deeper than numbers...

Security isn’t something you find in your bank account

It’s something you build inside yourself first 🤍

More money won’t fix patterns you haven’t looked at yet!

It often just gives them more room to play out.

But that’s actually good news 🙌🏼

Because it means change doesn’t start with more money...

It starts with awareness and small, intentional choices!

And that’s something you already have access to 🤍

You don’t need quick relief all the time...

Sometimes what feels good in the moment is just helping you avoid what actually needs your attention 😅

It can look productive, distracting, or even “healthy”…

But it still keeps you stuck in the same cycle!

Real growth usually feels slower and a little uncomfortable at first

But that’s where resilience is built and self-trust starts to deepen 🤍

You don’t have to be perfect...

You just have to pause long enough to choose something different!

That’s where everything starts to shift 🙌🏼

Awareness is where change begins 🙌🏼

Your patterns were learned over time, and they once helped you feel safe in ways you didn’t even realize!

They made sense then, but they may not support the version of you you’re becoming now.

Sometimes you’re not reacting to what’s happening, you’re reacting to something that feels familiar from before.

And when you start to notice that, even just a little, everything begins to shift 🙌🏼

Awareness creates space, and that space gives you the chance to choose differently and move forward with more intention 🤍

What if you spoke to yourself with more care?

Not louder or more positive just for the sake of it.

But softer… steadier… more honest 🫶🏼

The way you might talk to someone you really love.

What would shift if you let yourself feel a little more lightness…

If you let yourself be understood instead of always explaining…

If you stopped guarding your heart quite so tightly?

You don’t have to become someone new.

Just come back to yourself with a little more kindness 🥰

Save this for the days you forget 🤍
