We don’t always agree on everything, but 9/10 times we’re unknowingly showing up in the same color palette.
Come by and stay a while.
Vaulted ceilings, Moroccan clay walls, and large windows that keep the house changing with the light throughout the day. An alabaster chandelier hangs above the curved staircase.
What I like most is that even though the house is grand in scale, the spaces still feel separate and warm. Nothing feels overly open or exposed.
Natural stone runs throughout the home — marble, travertine, tumbled limestone floors in the bathrooms. The primary suite opens to canyon views from the balcony, the shower, and even the stone resin tub.
And the backyard brings it all home. A huge flat grass yard, privacy hedges all around, and the pool/lounge spaces tucked off to the side. Felt inclined to vent about the roller coaster we’ve been on working with new builders and tradespeople over the past year. But these moments are a reminder, that everything is beautiful — even when things aren’t going as we planned, there are lessons to learn and stories to tell.
Embracing the good, learning from the bad and really holding on to all the pretty.

Can’t get over that this is available in Studio City.

Renderings to Fruition | 1 of 3 of our Newport Beach projects is coming to life and heading to market soon.
Development and renovations are rarely a linear process. With unforeseen conditions and budget constraints, we have to be quick to pivot, and know when to bend the design without breaking the vision. We’ve been stretched in new ways, without much sleep lately, but seeing the finishes finally come together always makes it all worth it.
As we wrap up, I just feel so grateful for the opportunity to design and for the trust placed in our vision. Cant wait to see who gets to call this one home 🔑
