Blue Fish Farms

We are adding cupcakes to our menu. These can be ordered with sugar or a sugar substitute for those who are watching their sugar intake. Prices and availability will be sent out when I send the list on Thursdays. I had the Oreo Truffle this past Sunday. Absolutely delicious!

One of my wonderful customers made a dish of spinach and cheese, ravioli with cream sauce using Japanese spinach, Tatsoi, from our farm! It looks delicious.

Karen made this lasagna with home made goat cheese from the farm. She said it was delicious!

A friend shared this with me earlier this week, “Wanted to share: caprese salad with tomatoes and basil from your farm! Yum 😋 “.

She also made pesto from basil from the farm.

This is my first try at making cheddar cheese using Goat Milk. It turned out too soft and more like cream cheese. However, it is delicious on toast with blueberry jam on top!
