Earlier we shared a story about a great couple who called us after years of enjoying the garage door we installed for them.

This morning we arrived right on time at 8:30 AM with everything we needed already on the truck. After a full inspection, we replaced their springs, completed a tune up, and installed new rollers to keep the door running smoothly and reliably.

In about an hour and a half, their door was back up and working like it should.

Later this afternoon, we received a notification that they left us a 5 star review. That kind of feedback never gets old, and we are incredibly grateful for it.

“Jerry and Mike were friendly, polite, helpful, doing their work with efficiency, showing knowledge and skills. We appreciate having our garage door working again. Thank you, Complete Garage Doors LLC.”

This is what we mean when we say it starts with service and ends with service. From the first install years ago to being there when they needed us again, we are here for the long run.

Today we received a call from one of the nicest couples. They said, “I have your number from the card you left by the door we bought from you and had installed years ago.”
I told them, “Let me pull up your profile so I can see exactly what we did for you.” While I was looking it up, they shared how much they still love their door, especially the beautiful windows, and mentioned that the LiftMaster opener we installed is still working great.
After talking for a few moments, we quickly figured out the issue. The standard 10,000 cycle spring had reached the end of its life and needed replacement. While we were still on the phone, I sent them a quote so they could review everything in writing, and we scheduled their service for Monday morning before our other installs.
This is a great example of the full experience our clients receive, and we are incredibly grateful they continue to count on us years later.
