Got a call from a nice lady who had a blood trail on the carpets all throughout her home. I couldn’t get there for about a week, so she called one of the big companies in town hoping to get someone sooner. I won’t name any names 😉

Well.. they came… but the stains stayed.

She decided to still have me out, and today I got every last spot out that the big guys couldn’t touch. She was thrilled.

Moral of the story: Good things are worth waiting for, and going with a smaller, experienced company beats the big guys every time.
