A Realtor and Associate Broker that serves her clients and community well.

Rachel Major is CEO and Associate Broker of Major Homes, at Keller Williams Rivertown.

She was named National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 class of 2019, Named Young Professional of the Year by GRAR in 2018 and a Graduate of Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors Leadership Academy in 2019.

Real estate is where she has found her passion.
Her business model is based on her commitment to helping buyers and sellers make informed, confident choices while empowering them to make educated real estate decisions.

Rachel is known for her professionalism, upbeat personality, and relentless pursuit to better herself so she can bring a higher standard of service to her clients.

She was raised in the local Grand Rapids area and attended NorthPointe Christian High School. From there she graduated from Davenport University with a Bachelors in Business Management, emphasizing on leadership.

Rachel and her husband Denny have been married since 2013 and also own some investment properties. They enjoy playing beach volleyball, jet skiing, and spending time with family.

As a Realtor, Rachel aims to treat all of her clients and colleagues with the honesty and respect they deserve!

"I graduated in 2011 from Hope College with a double-major in Economics and Management.

My early career was spent as a financial consultant helping families who were committed to bettering their financial life.

I left for State Farm in 2015 as I knew I could make a broader impact on peoples’ lives with access to more customers who oftentimes were not getting the assistance they needed/deserved – I take a specific interest in helping families with their life insurance needs and that is my role within BNP.

I live in Grandville with my lovely wife Stephanie and my Australian Shepherd Zuko.

To me this quote signifies that the first step of anything rewarding is often the most difficult – I oftentimes see people approach life insurance with trepidation because they don’t want to be told they don’t have sufficient coverage, signifying in this regard they aren’t great. However, that is perfectly okay and we are able to approach attaining the right policy type and coverage amount on a step-by-step basis. Typically that all starts with learning and understanding; I have a passion for teaching people to help them take control of their lives, particularly when it comes to life insurance.
