Healthy Montana Kids is a free or low-cost health coverage plan. The plan provides health coverage to eligible Montana children and teenagers up to age 19.
During the summer of 2011, the Butte Community Health Center will give anyone who returns a completed Healthy Montana Kids Application a free $25 gift card to Albertsons, Walmart, or Town Pump! A child can qualify for HMK based on family size and income. There are no pre-existing condition limitations.
