We teach about the energy structures that are based in Jung's work at FSS. Thought I would share this statement.

A psychoanalyst published this comment.
"I’ve always appreciated Jung’s depth in understanding the unconscious and the symbolic nature of human experience.
My own work — after more than twenty years in psychosomatics and physiotherapy — moves in a similar direction, but focuses on a different field of symbols.
Jung explored archetypes in the psyche and interpreted the symbols of dreams.
I look for typical patterns in the body — recurring reactions, postures, or symptoms — and interpret them as symbols of past experiences that the body still holds on to.
But instead of analysing them, I focus on how awareness itself can release these embodied symbols, turning them back into movement, breath, and presence.
From this perspective, illness or pain is not a message to decode, but a mechanical habit of consciousness, left behind after a deeper inner change has already taken place.
When seen this way, the body simply finishes what the psyche has already begun."

Diane Bloom is the retired owner of Free Spirit Crystals. Diane has been teaching crystal healing for over 30 years including at her school, the Free Spirit School of Integrated Energy Healing.
She has written three books called the KISS Guides (Keep it Simple Spirit) which includes all of her classes and layouts. She is a Reiki teacher, a numerologist and a crystal healing practitioner who believes that the healing arts should be practical and affordable for everyone to learn.

My intention for this community is to feel alive and inspired again, dusting off all that has deadened your spark. The underlying current is all about energy: mental energy, emotional energy, and physical energy, and how to refocus your awareness. I’m a huge fan of enoughness. Plenty of my life was spent as a pleaser and I’m now living the benefits of choosing me. I’m a Reiki master, intuitive energy and crystal healer, an author, composer, and a pianist. The emergence and nurturing of these aspects of myself came about through paying attention to the nuggets and nudges offered to me.

This isn’t a cookie-cutter, one-size fits all type of exploration. We are different people with different experiences shaping who we are in this moment. After all, healing isn’t about changing who we are. It’s about changing the BELIEF about who we are. While there will be concrete material to work with, we’ll also explore real stories, real challenges, real emotions, and real successes…together.
