Last Sunday our board of directors and our Jr board got together for a picnic! After all the wonderful food they spent some time getting to know each other better. We’re all excited to have such a dedicated and energetic group of young men and women ready to carry the farm show into the future. We’re equally excited to mentor them along the way!

Mark your calendars! The 78th Butler Farm Show is coming Aug 10–15. Six days of livestock, rides, demolition derbies, live music, and everything that makes Butler County great.🎆

This year we celebrate America's 250th AND our 78th year of agricultural tradition in Butler County.🇺🇸

Tim Graves and the Farmhands from Nashville TN will be back again for an encore performance on Friday Aug 14th.
They will be in the Armstrong pavilion at 7:00 & 9:00pm. Bluegrass and gospel music at its best! The members of the farmhands have played with several big name bluegrass and country bands over the years so you won’t want to miss seeing their show! See you there!

Thanks to everyone who came out to support our Jr Board at their square dance last Saturday! We appreciate your support. We have an outstanding group of young ladies and gentlemen who work hard to make the farm show a success!

The purpose of the Butler Farm Show Community Grant Program is to build a stronger Butler County Community by promoting areas of service for the needs of others in our locality. Awards are given annually on the basis of merit as determined by the Butler Farm Show Community Outreach Committee and administered by the Board of Directors of the Butler Farm Show.

As we look foward to our 78th farm show, let’s look back to 1998 when Pa Secretary of Agriculture, Sam Hayes visited the farm show.

Pennsylvania Fairs have a very close relationship with the Pa. Dept of Agriculture and the farm show is no exception. Three months from this week we’ll be enjoying the best week of summer! August 10-15th.
