Earlier this year, our young authors proudly published their very own book, Why the Chick Should Hatch. To celebrate their accomplishment, they enjoyed a Publishing Party complete with pizza and a read-aloud of their finished book.
A special shoutout to Mrs. Baldauf for inspiring and guiding these students through the writing and publishing process. We are so proud of our talented 1st Grade authors and all they accomplished! ❤️🐣📖

From leading the school Mass with confidence and reverence to receiving their certificates, these students truly shined. We are so proud of all they have learned, the friendships they have built, and the faith they have grown in throughout the year.

We celebrated five incredible alumni during our Senior Send-off! 🎓🤍
✨ Caleb Wisniewski attended Saint Wendelin beginning in Preschool and will attend Penn State University to study forensic accounting.
✨ Cadence Rettig attended Saint Wendelin from 4th–8th grade and plans to attend BC3 to become a paramedic.
✨ Gracelyn Gump attended Saint Wendelin from PreK–2nd grade and will attend BC3 before continuing to CCAC for ultrasound technology.
✨ Blair Wolfe attended Saint Wendelin from Kindergarten–2nd grade and plans to attend Penn State University for cyber security.
✨ Zachary Zandarski attended Saint Wendelin from Kindergarten– 4th and will attend Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) for general studies.
We are so proud of each of you and cannot wait to see all the amazing things your futures hold. Once a part of the Saint Wendelin family, always a part of the Saint Wendelin family. 💙

Our students were so excited to finally enjoy the popsicles gifted to us during Catholic Schools Week! Thank you to our regional office for helping us celebrate with such a fun and refreshing surprise. Smiles, sunshine, and sticky fingers made for the perfect summer memory! 💙

Faith, Fluency, and Forecasts ☀️📚⛪️
Our students had an incredible day at Butler Catholic School for a special collaboration day centered around faith, learning, leadership, and community! Students from both schools came together for a weather assembly, academic math challenges, UFLI lessons, and Mass as we celebrated the many gifts and talents God has given each of us.
A special thank you to Jill Szwed, Butler Catholic School alumna and meteorologist for WTAE Channel 4 News, for sharing her time and talents during an engaging weather presentation for our students!
We are grateful for opportunities like these that strengthen the bond between our Catholic school communities while creating meaningful memories for our students. 💙💛
