The most labor intensive but rewarding refinish that I've done.

Maple chest before and after. Refinish inside and out, undated hardware, medium rub lacquer.
Stained a red mahogany, 7 coats of dyed-to-match lacquer. Finish rubbed out with 0000 steel wool, and carnauba wax to seal.
I'm proud of how this turned out.
