This week our first year students prepared a stunning Creammy Farro Risotto w/ Seared Bay Scallops, Balsamic Pickled Red Grapes, and Fresh Basil Butler County Area Vocational-Technical School

Our graduating seniors worked hard on the menu and even harder preparing the dishes with all the help and support of the 1st and 2nd year students!
