Along the way, we didn’t just clean—we planted wildflower seeds to help something new grow.

This quarter, we’re proud to recognize Donna Smith, Production Operator.

Described by her coworkers as someone who consistently goes above and beyond, Donna brings reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong drive to learn. She doesn’t step away from challenges; she uses them as opportunities to grow and improve. Her team-first mindset and uplifting energy make a real impact every day.

This month, we recognize Kris Hays, Design Engineer, for 25 years of dedication with Butler Technologies.

A true team player and the ultimate Swiss Army knife, Kris has worn many hats over the years — always stepping up, always supporting others, and always putting the team first. Her sincerity and commitment shine through in everything she does.

It’s not every day that you get to help work on Olympic athletes’ wardrobes.

For the 2018 Winter Games, BTI collaborated with Ralph Lauren and DuPont to develop flexible printed heaters used in Team USA’s opening ceremony parkas.

Engineered using conductive inks and advanced printed electronics, the wireless heater provided self-regulating warmth for up to 11 hours — helping athletes stay comfortable even in freezing temperatures.

Seeing our technology worn by the United States Olympic Team on the global stage remains one of BTI’s proudest moments.
