This month is a bittersweet one for us.

If you've been a customer of Clean Delivered Laundry Company over the past couple of years, chances are you've benefited from Adri's hard work—even if you've never met her.

As she gets ready to head off to college, we wanted to take a moment to recognize everything she's meant to our little family business.

Since joining the team, Adri has done just about every job there is.

🧺 She's washed, dried, folded, and packaged thousands of pounds of laundry.
🚗 She's picked up and delivered laundry to homes and businesses all over Butler County.
🔨 If we've bought a new piece of equipment or furniture for the warehouse, she's usually the one reading the instructions and putting it together (and somehow making it look easy!).
🎶 She's in charge of the music, keeping our speakers filled with a playlist that makes even folding towels more fun.
☕ And almost every shift, she walks in with iced coffee for the team before getting to work. Those little acts of kindness have become part of our daily routine, and they'll definitely be missed.

More than anything, she's been someone we could always count on. She's worked hard, cared about doing things the right way, and has helped us build Clean Delivered Laundry Company into what it is today.

Watching her leave for college is incredibly bittersweet. We're so proud of the young woman she's become and excited to see where this next chapter takes her—even if we're not quite ready to lose one of our very best employees. ❤️

So if you notice a few new faces around here over the next few weeks, it's because we'll be training someone to fill some pretty big shoes.

✨ $20/hour + tips + weekly vehicle allowance + performance bonuses

You'll be the friendly face of our company, picking up and delivering laundry throughout Butler County.

🧺 Laundry Technician (Part-Time)

✨ Starting at $13/hour

• 90-day performance review with opportunity for a raise
• Performance bonuses
• Weekday daytime hours

You'll sort, wash, dry, fold, package, and inspect laundry with the same care you'd want for your own.

This position is especially great for:
• Parents looking to work while the kids are in school

We picked a heck of a week to move into our laundry facility last week!

Honestly, we didn’t just have a busy week—we had a week of survival. 😅

Temps outside were 95 degrees. Temps inside were at their lowest 86°, and most days we hovered around 89°. Which is fun if you’re into “industrial sauna” as a vibe… but if you’re trying to run dryers and keep laundry moving, it’s a lot. We’d soak our shirts and they were dry in less than 20 minutes — not even kidding.

And then July 4th happened. Not only was it a holiday, it was also baseball tournament weekend—so we were juggling games, schedules, and all the things that come with keeping a team (baseball and laundry!) going.

Meanwhile, the pool towel loads kept showing up… and they didn’t come lightly. We ran over 1,000 lbs of pool towels alone during that stretch—so yes, we were basically living in the towel world.

All said, we processed 1,545.36 pounds of laundry in our first full week. And while we tried to make it work with an “early mornings and late nights” plan, we quickly learned the schedule we needed most was nearly 18-hour days. I wish I had a picture to share of Cait laying on one of our anti-fatigue mats at the midnight hour.

Next year, we’re planning on air conditioning in the break room so we’ll have an actual retreat zone—somewhere we can recover if even for a brief moment instead of returning to our “warehouse sweat” era.

We quickly found our rhythm, and we’re only getting better from here.
