Friday Fun Day!
So, we are going to do something a little different! We are going to give you the Sandwich Special and a heads up for Dinner specials.

The Sandwich Special is a Burger with American Cheese, Bacon, Big Billy’s Bean Wein Sauce, Smashed Potato Ball, Fried Leeks, Tomato and Pepper Aioli.

As for the Dinner Specials, We want to let ya’ll know what we have in the works.

Prime Rib with Saffron Parmesan Risotto and Charred Broccoli Rabe tossed in Lemon Vinaigrette.

Orange Preserve and Ricotta Ravioli, Guanciale, Toasted Pistachios, Alta Badia, Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Smoked Pork Fat and Spinach Emulsion and Charred Broccoli Rabe.

Lastly we will have a Play on a Charcuterie Board that has:
Garlic and Basil Beef Tenderloin, Fermented Tomatoes tossed in Herb infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Burrata, Grilled House made Focaccia Bread, Seared Chanterelles, White Wine Gastrique and Pickled Peaches.

Today’s Sandwich is a Wrap with Pot Roast cooked in a Mushroom and Tomato Sauce, Provolone, Pickled Carrots, Pickled Red Onions, Banana Peppers, Smoked Cabbage, Basil Pesto Aioli and Creamy Sweet Farro.

Today’s Sandwich Special is a SauteedVeggie Wrap!

Our Veggie Wrap has Garlic Butter Sauteed Zucchini, locally sourced, Carrots, Onion, Roasted Corn, Smoked Cabbage, Goat Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato and Pepper Aioli.

Heads up if you are visiting us here at The Chop Shop, or any business downtown! There are no parking signs posted on Main Street. These are for specific times ONLY!

The No Parking is for 8pm to 6am, Monday, August 3rd through Friday, August 7th.
