Welcome to Yesterday Photography! My name is Aleah Young and I am a new amateur photographer. Since I am new on the photography scene, I thought I would start with 5 fun facts about me and my new little company.

1. I’m from Saxonburg, Pennsylvania but willing to travel up to an hour away for photos.

2. My main passion/speciality is portraits. Families, senior pictures, and pets. However I also do landscapes at times.

3. I’ve been into photography since I was 10 years old. My grandpa was the first person to let me play with a true professional camera.

4. I recently have taken two photography classes at our local community college. One was about photography and the other photoshop. They’ve really helped me produce professional photos.

5. We’re called Yesterday Photography for two main reasons. First, we like to name things after Beatle’s songs in our family. So that was one inspiration, from the song Yesterday. And second, my goal is capture today as it becomes yesterday. Essentially capturing the moment before it turns into the past.
