From the bright, salty bite of our Pan Con Tomate — layered with heirloom tomato, prosciutto di Parma, boquerones, parmesan, and grilled rosemary focaccia — to the richness of our Short Rib & Mushroom Cannelloni finished with truffled beans & greens and arugula mornay… this menu leans fully into comfort with intention.
