Here is glimpse of a new menu item our Chefs have been perfecting, Pollo al Disco. Seared chicken with seasonal vegetables, Spring asparagus, pampas herbs, fingerling potatoes, and a white wine reduction.

It is Fish Friday again and the official first day of SPRING! We are excited about both. Chef Dan made seared Tuna steak on a bed of zucchini noodles and crispy rice with a sesame oil glaze for today's lunch in our dining room. YUM!

Fish Friday at the RLA and today, our Executive Chef Dan and Sous Chef Eric made our guests beautifully seared Salmon in a fresh sweet corn puree with house made bread crumbs, spring asparagus, pea shoots, and finished with a grilled organic lemon.

At the RLA, thoughtful improvements are always underway.

We’re delighted to share the addition of two new second-floor restrooms, beautifully designed to complement our second floor meeting spaces.

Our gratitude goes to Carpenters for Hire, Architect Scot Kurtz, TUDI Mechanical, and Pro Carpets and Flooring — exceptional and longtime local partners who brought craftsmanship and care to every detail.

And a special thank you to our Facilities Director, Jeremy Turner, for overseeing the project with precision and perfection in every detail.

At the RLA, our 20+ technology-based meeting spaces are built for what is next in the Pittsburgh region. In 2024, we planned a year-long full technology replacement and meeting room redesign. Project completed!

NOW Featuring:
• Floor to ceiling laser projection with 12'+ wide on-wall screens
• In-ceiling surround sound
• Adjustable LED lighting controls
• Seamless hybrid integration
• Confidence monitors, frameless magnetic white boards, adjustable facilitator tables

RLA Summer is all about color this year.

We have two very special recognitions this week:

First, we are celebrating 20 years of service from our CEO, Dr. Justin Griffith. Justin has led the RLA with steadiness, grace, and purpose—building a reputation of thoughtful growth, integrity, and transformation.

Second, we are honored to receive an Environmental Excellence Award for our Sustainable Dining program. Thank you, Experience Butler County Pennsylvania.

We love when we get asked to customize or theme an event. Today, our Pastry Chef Mandi, made these beautiful floral cupcakes topped with her signature icing, creating tops with pink tea roses, purple hydrangea, and other delicate flowers.
