The FLOOD Easy Seal stain and sealer is the best product in its class I have used to date! I helped my neighbor stain his new cedar fence and our experience couldn't have been any better. We used an airless sprayer and brush to apply the product. The following attributes stood out with this product during the project:

Application: We didn't need to back brush! Every product I have used has always been hard to spray or brush due to being too thin or to sticky. We had no spray overlapping or uneven build. In the areas where we needed to brush, Easy Seal was not too thin and not sticky at all.

Coverage: We only used 4.5 gallons for over 16,000 square feet!! It would have gone even further if we had only brushed the product.

Appearance: This product looks vibrant and didn't get that "dried-out" appearance that other stain/sealers look like shortly after being applied. We were also impressed with how quickly Easy Seal was Rain-Ready. We had a light summer shower within 10 minutes of application and we had not water staining!!!
