The little things that describe my happiness.
As I entered the « fresh baked bread « world, my heart was filled with memories and emotions that reminded me of my childhood as this bread was baking in the oven.
The scent of the baking bread flood out and filled the house. It was a clean, slightly sweet, ye**ty aroma that somehow smelled warm, like you were inhaling a blanket on this cold spring day.
Why the salt?
As in the neighbouring Slavic countries, bread and salt is a traditional Romanian custom expressing hospitality, showing that the guest is welcomed.
À table alors! Sel, beurre et du bonheur !!!
