**** Week-long Closing Notice ****

Friday is Donut Day. 👏👏👏 To add to the celebration, we have a lemon-blueberry old-fashioned cake donut. 🍋🫐😄 It kicks off nice and lemony, and then fades into a tasty blueberry – at least it does that when I eat one!! You'll need to grab a couple to give them a try when you stop in to celebrate.

Forget the VR glasses, when you bite into our strawberries-and-cream old-fashioned cake donut 🍓🍓, you'll feel as if you are sitting center court at Wimbledon. (Yes, I know that Roland-Garros is happening now!) 😃

At The Donut Dude, we're seeing red – strawberry🍓 red, that is. As we wrap up the final weeks of May, which is Strawberry month, we'll have a few very red, very strawberry🍓 donuts on our shelves.

Along with our strawberry crumb and strawberry sprinkle👏👏, stop in to check out our new strawberry shortcake (yum) and strawberry-cream filled donuts, as well as a scrumptious tasting strawberry cheese crown. You gotta get here 😀.

If you find yourself needing a Donut Dude blueberry cake donut fix but it's after hours 😕, get yourself to Daily Scoop in Monroe – straight north on Cincinnati-Dayton Rd from the donut shop – for a cup or pint of their blueberry cake donut ice cream 😄. It is the real deal, and it is dude-licious, and it is made using real blueberry cake donuts. 👏👏👏.

Saturday (4/26) is National Pretzel Day and we decided to be a bit salty in the donuts presented 😋😉. We conjured up a chocolate and/or vanilla iced donut with a pretzel-packing roll-O, our Brown Butter donut topped with a white-chocolate covered pretzel and a caramel dipped donut with a dab of buttercream and a straight-up pretzel add 👏👏👏. Choose one or all four – you cannot go wrong!!

The tussle between sweet and savory in any food is monstrous. In the world of donuts, however, you can have it all 👏👏. Bacon on top of a maple topped donut grabs both tastes and won't let go. 😄 This Saturday and Sunday, The Donut Dude will have these donut-world wonders on hand. Stop by and toss a few into your dozen.

Take a look at our Easter donut selections 👏👏. Not all donuts will be available every day, but we are building to a full-out Easter showcase on Saturday. 😃 That's a carrot-cake cake donut topped with cream-cheese buttercream. YUM!
