SisTers PGH is a BLACK and TRANS-led nonprofit organization that serves the Transgender community of Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Their mission is to Mission is to dismantle the cycles of systemic oppression and marginalization impacting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) transgender and nonbinary communities by providing holistic, trans-led, and gender-affirming care. Through innovative housing initiatives, community-centered programming, and advocacy, Sisters PGH works to create sustainable solutions that empower individuals to thrive, disrupt the nonprofit industrial complex, and build futures rooted in equity, care, and radical inclusion.

Founded in 2020, Navigate is a tele-service that provides emotional, educational, and practical support for people with short-term mental health goals. Out of this organization, SQID (Slippery Rock Queer-Inclusive Discourse) was also established to provide free community support for adults in the Slippery Rock area who identify as LGBTQIA+. SQID held its first in-person meeting in December of 2023, and has now expanded to provide a monthly virtual group for q***r adults as well (VQiD).

PFLAG Butler aims to provide resources, education, and support for families, allies, and the people we love in the Butler County, PA area.
