We are seeking two reliable and caring Infant Room Assistants to join our childcare team! If you have a passion for working with infants and creating a safe, nurturing environment, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details
• Job Title: Infant Room Assistant
• Status: Part-Time (2 openings)
• Schedule: Must have open availability (flexible to work various shifts as needed)

Responsibilities
• Assist lead teachers in caring for infants (2 weeks – 12 months)
• Support feeding, diapering, and daily routines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment
• Follow all licensing and health/safety guidelines
• Provide nurturing, attentive care to each child
• Communicate effectively with team members and families

Qualifications
• Required: Prior experience working with infants (2 weeks – 12 months)
• Ability to safely lift and care for young infants
• Strong patience, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
