IT'S NOT YOU.
The FED's 'help' had unintended consequences and the Mortgage market fell apart last week. If you are in the midst of a purchase or refinance and are being told there's COVID related delays or that you have to go thru underwriting a second time - give me a call for a referral to lenders that are still healthy, liquid and funding loans.
