Just realized I never posted the finish to the cutest little shed ever!

The posts on the porch were cut from the cedar tree right behind it!

Our work here is done; the homeowner will install cabinet hardware, touch up the paint, and seal the chimney brick.

Countertops, backsplash, some finishes...cranking along!

Tile floor down, walls mostly painted, base cabinets installed. Countertops come monday, then trim and backsplash! ***house built in the late 1800’s

Finished demo on the 5 layers of floor, now we can start putting it back together...and no one fell into the basement this time!

New Kitchen project; asbestos and lead floor abatement and demo start!

This is a snippet of stats from the high performance house we built. Even this far north, a solar array on the roof offsets all energy usage produced by the family of 4 living there. All energy used is electric: heating/cooling, hot water, ventilation, and all appliances. What can we do to help your home perform better?
