The Champlain bees are spending less time outside their hives but Chauncey is buzzing with excitement to get his paws on their honey.

Founded in 2013, the Champlain Apiary was established to engage and educate the Champlain College community on sustainable practices and local food systems. The Champlain Apiary produces confectionary wildflower honey that is sold across campus. All proceeds benefit the educational mission of the apiary. You can order your honey online. Look in the comments for more details.
