Not the final reveal; the middle chapter.

The site is still raw, the yard is still active, and the details are still developing. But the vision is starting to show: warm cedar, long sleek rooflines, oversized glazing, and solar panels settling into the landscape..

This is the part of the process where the design, craft, and site all start speaking the same language.

This project is a perfect example of what discipline in high-performance looks like....

Before the finished floors, tile, cabinetry, windows, there were months and months of careful prep, critical panelized systems, foundation detailing, sub-slab insulation, v***r control, airtight detailing, roof assemblies, and countless small decisions that all add up.
