This is yet another step in the Trump admin's campaign to silence dissent in our country. Mohsen Mahdawi is a lawful permanent resident whose constitutional rights must be protected.
It’s why I stood with Congresswoman Deborah Ross to introduce the Land of the Free Act - the Constitution guarantees all people within our borders the right to due process and freedom of speech.
