🐾 A LITTLE ABOUT ME & MY BUSINESS 🐾

I want to take a moment to share a bit about my background for those who may not know me personally.

I am 100% self-taught in grooming, with a background as a veterinary technician and an animal control officer. My experience with animals has always been hands-on and rooted in care, safety, and understanding behavior.

I’m not perfect, and like anyone in any profession, I do make mistakes. But I take every experience as an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve so I can continue providing better care and better results every day.

This is not just a job for me — it comes from a deep passion and genuine love for dogs and animals of all kinds. Their comfort, safety, and well-being will always come first in everything I do.

I’m truly thankful for every single client who has supported me and given me the opportunity to do what I love. Your trust means more than I can put into words. 💛🐶

🐾 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MATTED COATS 🐾

I want to take a moment to educate and clarify something that comes up often in grooming.

When a dog comes in with severe matting, it is not always possible to achieve the exact haircut a client is hoping for. In these situations, the priority is always the comfort, safety, and well-being of the dog.

Matting pulls tightly on the skin, can trap moisture and bacteria, and can cause pain when brushed or clipped. In many cases, the most humane and safest option is a short shave-down rather than trying to preserve length.

While I always do my best to communicate and work with each client, I will never put a dog through unnecessary stress or discomfort to preserve a hairstyle.

My goal is always a clean, safe, and comfortable pet who leaves feeling better than when they arrived. 💛
