🎼 Meet StringTime’s Composer in Residence, Daniel DiMarino! 🎻✨

Daniel is a violinist, composer, and music producer who has worked with Duolingo to help develop their music course. He studied music composition and violin performance at the Cleveland Institute of Music and film scoring at the Jacobs School of Music.

As the youth winner of the 2018 Marvin Hamlisch International Film Scoring Contest, Daniel has composed music for a variety of projects and previously served as Composer-in-Residence for the Canton Youth Symphony. His passion for educational music has also led him to create and arrange works for young musicians, including published string arrangements with flexible instrumentation.

We are thrilled to have Daniel as StringTime’s Composer in Residence and look forward to sharing his creativity with our campers this summer! 🎻🎶
