❄️❄️❄️As a reminder, here are a few key safety tips for driving in snow/ice: ❄️❄️❄️
• Decrease your speed – Go much slower than normal; adjust for conditions.
• Increase following distance – Give yourself 5–10 seconds or more behind the vehicle ahead (3–4x the usual distance).
• Avoid sudden braking or accelerating – Smooth, gentle inputs help maintain traction and prevent skids.
• Accelerate and brake gradually to avoid wheel spin or lockup.
• Clear all snow/ice from windows, mirrors, lights, and sensors before driving.
• Use headlights (low beams) for better visibility.
Avoid cruise control on slippery roads.
• Approach carefully on bridges, overpasses, shaded areas, and intersections—they freeze first.
If conditions worsen, consider delaying travel if possible. Your safety is our priority—drive defensively and arrive safely!

Cold weather is a threat to your pet, even if in the car. Hypothermia occurs when a pet's internal temperature drops below 98 degrees Fahrenheit and is an extremely dangerous condition.

Never leave your pet in the car when the temperatures are below 50 degrees. 🐾
