BE PURSUED TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING AND SCIENCE EDUCATION. THE
CORPORATION WILL BE NON-PROFIT WITH ANY PROFITS ACQUIRED USED FOR PROJECTS OR
DONATED TO APPROPRIATE ENTITIES.
